Inventory will be taken of items that are deemed “non-salvageable”, complete with photos and replacement values.
During your loss it will be clear that some contents have been damaged beyond a salvageable point, and will not benefit from our restoration process. All of these items will be documented on a “Non-Salvageable Inventory List” and their photos will be taken. The “Non-Salvageable Inventory” allows the client to see a consolidated list of items that were definitively lost, as well as, providing replacement value utilizing cloud-based software that connects insurance adjusters with vendors to help identify and value the “contents” portion of the claim to the insurance carrier for reimbursement.
